A Ross Rifle Bayonet, Mark II, Patent 1907, c. 1916 Republic of Malta Convoys (1940-1942) and ArcticA Mark II, 1907 Patent, Ross Rifle Bayonet, measuring 408 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 255 mm long magnetic steel blade, demonstrating a modified, hand ground tip with a very sharp blade. The ricasso is unmarked on the obverse and reverse, with an intact short quillion and full muzzle ring. The grip consists of two wedges of walnut brown wood that are held together by a series of two horizontally mounted screws.
