Type II. (1932 1947). Civil Division. A Grand Officer star in silver, an eight point star with clusters of smooth rays, the obverse medallion features the superimposed cypher of Carol I on a red enamelled field, surrounded by a white enamel ring inscribed PRIN NOI INSINE 14. MARTIE 1881, the medallion is surrounded by four superimposed crowns, the reverse presents a single vertical
