Autechre - Chiastic Slide (Vinyl) Format:Vinyl 2LP a 1996 recording of Cluster'sAutechre's pivotal 4th album, from 1997, sees them start to gradually shift away from the more linear sound of their first 3 albums, but not yet reach the disjointed and difficult sound that characterizes their work from Confield (2001) on. Chiastic Slide, the duo's fourth album, continued their move towards more experimental, glitch ridden sonics in the wake of previous album Tri Repetae, while LP5 saw them go further still into IDM territor.
