The decision to farm organically came rather instantaneously to Michel

The grapes were mostly destemmed and fermented in small wooden vats on their skins in an infusion style with infrequent pump overs

All the vines are ungrafted

The vines are Fifty years old. Gahier likes this cuve with about four or five years of age to it.
