Item has been tested and is in full working condition. There is some wear to the finish and slight bend on the base as shown but no damage to the shades. It has three different shades Measures 73 inches tall and 16 inches wide across base I will be listing this on Uship to find a shipper so it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery
