A new AVA that has some of the higher and colder sites in the Willamette Valley, located at its northern end. Making of: 30 days of whole cluster maceration on skins. Foot stomped 1 2 times daily, then 7 months in neutral French oak. Lightly sulfured at bottling, no fining.
